Hello!(: Yesterday is my most most tired day..Y'know what>??!! okay..when i go rgs..
1st: stroke with my partner, the floor was kinda SLIPPERY, i almost split..-.-''
2nd: Physical, was like dam tough. Got 25 shuttle, must put at each corner , 5 each, still cannot put at the same place, must seperate. I do half way, leg cramp arh.. then still got timing eh..then just chiong luh.. 3 set somemore. The coach was kinda strict luh. Then do finish le, i was like 'finally! End physical!' then got one girl from rgs said' haven yet, still have to do the side way and 200m.....blah...' i'm like -.-.
3rd: do the side way one, 1 min must touch as many shuttle as you can. 4 set leh! 1st set i touch 29, 2nd same, 3rd same, 4th 26-.-. The coach tols the rgs ppl ' if 25 below cannot' talk in chinese luh, cause china mah. Lucky i above 25..dam tired.. 2 ppl headache. then they go rest.
4th: Rest 10 min.....cool....
5th: play match.. i play kinda 'lan' The floor dam slippery luh, put water alr still slippery. Can't run. Play 2 match only. 1st match play with shuzhen, i won 21-15 and 21-17, i play dam lousy.. seriously..-.-'' Cause do the phsical alr then no strength run somemore floor so slippery. 2nd match play with my partner. First set i won, second set she won, 3rd set never play cause no time le..Already 5.55pm le. The trial is actually 3 to 6. Then go extend until 6.30 lor, not fair..:(
6th: Go Rgs track run 200m time 4 is actually time 6 but no time so 4 lor. hehe^^. 1st 200m run with re-ne, pei-lin . Only got 3 lane leh, dam weird. Then very crucate. one track should me 400m right? rgs is 433m. lol? then run, i first , yay, lol. Not race , is see timing one. Then like that lor.. yup yup^^
7th: Already 6.30 le. then my mum go home. Cause since peilin also going sba , then her mum 'sun bian' fetch me lor. Then actuallly going packet subway to eat one. Then half way peilin mum say no time le , eat bread . Cause i got bring bread mah, then peilin also got bread mah, then i was like starving luh. Peilin's parent very..... one lor.... Cheaps!. -.-'' then train finish le, dam tired, yeah.
